What are the acts of peace and kindness that you could do as a gift?

Actually I'm not a kind and a good type of person because I know in myself that I am a hard-headed, lazy, low-temper, and a boastful person but even of my bad attitudes I always keep my eyes open to see the world of reality and willing to change myself for the sake of others. It is no obvious that our world is today are full of difficulties and challenges and sometimes it pulls us down that we could not take the challenge anymore but after of all these challenges, I am here to prove that there's always a light even our eyes are filled with darkness. Even I'm not a good person I will help those people who needs my help and base also in my abilities and limitations. I will accept the differences of others by respecting their beliefs and traditions in this own little way I could say that it is my gift in order to maintain the peace not a kindness but only a peace....just kidding

What are the things you do at home or school to trash waste?

The usually things that I've been doing to trash my waste while I'm at home are also like to school like separating the garbage or wastes according to their kinds, while some of the garbage which can be recycled will be reuse and remodeled in order to use them again. I will also throw my garbage in their proper place even I'm not at home and at school. And I will also dump the biodegradable in an open compose pit so that they will become fertilizers which can use in planting vegetables, fruits, and others which use fertilizers in order to become them more healthy.

What ar the things you do to keep yourself, others or our planet healthy?

The things that I would like to do to keep myself, others or our planet healthy by being more responsible and being an example to others like except of burning plastics and cellophane I will recycle it by making a new things from it like making a flower pot from a plastic can. As of now I began already planting my own vegetables in my own garden because I want to feel that I have something to help to our world in my own little simple ways in order to save our world which is now changing due to our recklessness doings.

What are the goals or accomplishments you would like to attain this year?

The goals or accomplishments that I would like to attain or reach this year is first to finish my high school studies so that I can have my diploma as a graduate student. And if I successfully finished my secondary education I would like to try to become an independent person so that I can feel that I am no longer a child anymore and also to prove to my parents that they can be proud of me. I would like also to take a course that will challenge me and can make me serious in studying which I don't really feel in secondary level and I really want also to change my self to become a more responsible person in doing things, tasks and obligations.

Who are the people or events that influenced me most throughout my life?

I always wonder and asking my self that who are the people and events which is really influenced me most throughout my life. While I'm thinking and wondering on what are the answers to this questions I recall all the things that happened to my life and I found out that there are so many things who help me to become me as of now. But among those people who inspired me most is my father, he opened my eyes in the real world, he inspired me from the things that he had been doing before specially his mistakes in life which he don't want me to experience like wasting the times that he should spend it in studying, he also give strength to face my own problems.

NZ student accepts $32,000 bid for virginity ..

When I first read the article on internet at Inquirer.net I was not so surprise because actually it is not so shocking to read an article like this because nowadays as pornography and immorality arose to our generation and time many teenagers are now ready to enter this world. As I know pornography is one of the most demanding in the world of business today because of it's online earnings.  But instead of admiring her I felt pity on her because there's so many ways of earning money to pay her university fees.

Introduction of a Transformer

•Difference between Step-up and Step-down Transformer.

Step-up Transformer- if the number of loops in the secondary coil is greater than that in the primary coil so that the induced voltage is greater than the input voltage.

Step-down Transformer- a transformer that has less loops in the secondary than that in the primary, the induced voltage in the secondary coil is less than that in the primary coil.

•Appliances or Equipment that requires transformers.

The appliances or equipment that requires transformers are Television, Sound system, Refrigerator, and etc., which  needs a voltage except 220 V source.

•Relation of the voltage and current in the primary and secondary coils to the number of turn in each.

If the number of coils in the primary coil is lesser,  its voltage and current is also lesser and if it have many loops its voltage and current is greater because the more the number of coil the more the current and voltage flows and has a greater supply. And the same as in the secondary coil.

Hans Christian Oersted's Discovey

We can conclude from this experiment that an electric current causes a magnetic field around it just like a magnet causes a magnetic field. When you put the compass near the electrical wire with current flowing through it, the compass did not point north; instead, the compass needle pointed in the direction of the current's magnetic field.

Electromanetic Induction

Electromagnetic induction is the production of voltage across a conductor situated in a changing magnetic field or a conductor moving through a stationary magnetic field.
Michael Faraday is generally credited with the discovery of the induction phenomenon in 1831. The materials used to this experiment are magnet, electromagnet and galvanometer.

Michael Faraday and Joseph Henry Discovered

Following in the footsteps of Ben Franklin and other early scientists, Michael Faraday studied the nature of electricity. Born on September 22, 1791, this famous English physicist and chemist is best remembered for his understanding of electromagnetism. Once Faraday discovered that electricity could be made by moving a magnet inside a wire coil, he was able to build the first electric motor. He later built the first generator and transformer. He introduced several words that we still use today to discuss electricity: ion, electrode, cathode, and anode.

While Joseph Henry's first discovery was that the power of a magnet could be immensely strengthened by winding it with insulated wire. He was the first person to make a magnet that could lift thirty-five hundred pounds of weight. Joseph Henry showed the difference between "quantity" magnets composed of short lengths of wire connected in parallel and excited by a few large cells; and "intensity" magnets wound with a single long wire and excited by a battery composed of cells in series. This was an original discovery, greatly increasing both the immediate usefulness of the magnet and its possibilities for future experiments though Michael Faraday was the first published the results of his experiment.

Hans Christian Oersted

Hans Christian Ørsted (often rendered Oersted in English; 14 August 1777 - 9 March 1851) was a Danish physicist and chemist who is most widely known for observing that electric currents induce magnetic fields, an important aspect of electromagnetism. He shaped post-Kantian philosophy and advances in science throughout the late 19th century.

Who I am? and what is Identity?

What is Identity?
  • the distinct personality of an individual regarded as a persisting entity; "you can lose your identity when you join the army"
  • the individual characteristics by which a thing or person is recognized or known; "geneticists only recently discovered the identity of the gene that causes it"; "it was too dark to determine his identity"; "she guessed the identity of his lover"
  • an operator that leaves unchanged the element on which it operates; "the identity under numerical multiplication is 1"
  • exact sameness; "they shared an identity of interests"

My name is Abdullah M. Barabag and I live at Cawayan Lupon, Davao Oriental. I was born on August 16, 1993. I am now 16 years old. I can say that I am annoying person. I am not talented at all but I like singing, dancing and surfing anything on internet but the thing that I really like to do is listening music. Maybe you will wonder why I'm saying this but I want you to know who really am. I like many things but I also don't like either many things. Do you understand what am I trying to tell you? I like many things but there's something inside me that I don't really understand. Sometimes I am good but this following days I don't understand who really am. I feel that I am not the person who are here now. All the things are already changed. My face, the way I dressed, my hairstyle and especially my outlook in life. Maybe this is normal as part of the teenage life. I have a lot of friends. I already saw the real world, the world of misery and the world of happiness and I am so glad that I saw all of these. I want to search more on myself as I search all the things in the world. I'm not different from other teenager actually I have a family. My father's name is Badrudin Barabag and my mother's name is Lita Barabag. I have also one younger brother and sister, my brother's name is Bonso Barabag III and the my sister's name is Mohaideb Barabag. Actually I am not saying that I am not close to my brother and sister but everyday we always fight and argue especially to the work and responsible in our house but I think it is our bonding as brother and sister, yeah it is so very funny to think that it is our way of bonding. As I end introducing to you myself I want you to know that I am proud of being me and before I forgot I have also an ambition in life and that is to be a successful one, I don't know what kind of job or business but I will assure that it is a legal and not wicked job or business. Thanks for reading about myself and God bless.!!!!! ^________^

Me as a Muslim

As a Muslim we are vowed to obey the five pillars of Islam which are to bear witness that there is no entity worship except Allah(God) alone, and that Muhammad (pbuh) was His messenger , to perform the five prescribed prayers to God everyday according to a specific prescribed method and at specific prescribed times , to give at least two and a half percent(2.5) of our wealth to charity every year if our savings exceed a certain minimum level which is considered above poverty level , to fast at the month of Ramadan every year from sun rise until sunset , and to perform a pilgrimage to Mecca once a Muslim's lifetime if it is financially possible and if our health permits. In Islam there are two major religious events Eid al-Fitr (month of Ramadan) which we are doing fasting and avoiding to commit sins, and also the Eid al-Adha(concluding the the Hajj) which we celebrated the Feast of sacrifice. As I know Ramadan is the ninth month of our Islamic calendar which is the month of fasting, we are refrain in eating, drinking, smoking and doing some other things that may commit sins. Fasting is also our one way to ask forgiveness to our God and purifying ourselves from the sins that we committed. As far as i know, Hajj is a lifetime journey of every Muslims. It is a pilgrimage to Mecca and it is currently the largest annual pilgrimage in world and actually it the fifth pillar of Islam. In doing Hajj it must take place during the month of Dhu al-Hijja(the last month of Islamic year).
For me, as a Muslim, we are born to praise Him and do what he wanted us to do for him.

The Islam Religion

We know that Islam is the second largest religion in the world. But do you really know what is Islam?
The word "Islam" itself means "Submission to Allah." Similarly, Islam is not named after a tribe like "Judaism" after the tribe of Judah and "Hinduism" after the Hindus. The Arabic word "Islam" means the submission or surrender of one's will to the will of the only true god worthy of worship, "Allah" (known as God "the Father" in Christianity). There are three main components of Islam which are Iman(faith), Islam(this word here means rituals of worship), and Ihsan(sincerity)

1.)
Ramadan-
is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which participating Muslims refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, and indulging in anything that is in excess or ill-natured; from dawn until sunset. Fasting is meant to teach the Muslim patience, modesty and spirituality. Ramadan is a time for Muslims to fast for the sake of God and to offer more prayer than usual. During Ramadan, Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in refraining from everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds. As compared to the solar calendar the dates of Ramadan vary, moving forward about ten days each year as it is a moving holiday depending on the moon. Ramadan was the month in which the first verses of the Qur'an,were said to be revealed to the Islamic Prophet Muhammad.

Hajj- is a pilgrimage in mecca.
It is currently the largest annual pilgrimage in the world, and is the fifth pillar of Islam, a religious duty that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so. The Hajj is a demonstration of the solidarity of the Muslim people, and their submission to God (Allah in the Arabic language). The pilgrimage occurs from the 7th to 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah the 12th month of the Islamic calendar. Because the Islamic calendar is a Lunar calendar, eleven days shorter than the Gregorian calendar used in the Western world, the Gregorian date of the Hajj changes from year to year. In 2007, the Hajj was from December 17–21; in 2008 from December 6–10, and in 2009 it was from November 25–29. Ihram is the name given to the special state in which Muslims live whilst on the pilgrimage.
According to the Wikipedia.org

2.) What are the major concepts in Islam, such as the five pillars of faith and major religious events?
The Five pillars of faith of Islam are:

(1) To bear witness that there is no entity worthy of worship except Allah(God) alone, and that Muhammad (pbuh) was His messenger. This establishes obedience to God Almighty alone.

(2) To perform five prescribed prayers to God every day according to a specific prescribed method and at specific prescribed times. This continually reminds us to bear God in mind in all actions, either before or after any given prayer.

(3) To pay two and a half percent (2.5%) of ones wealth to charity every year if their savings exceed a certain minimum level which is considered above the poverty level. (This is the basic concept, the actual calculation is a little more complex).

(4) To fast the month of Ramadhan (from the Islamic Lunar calendar) every year from sun rise until sunset. This involves not eating, drinking, or having marital relations, from sun rise until sun set.

(5) To perform a pilgrimage to Makkah (in the Arabian Peninsula) once in a Muslim's lifetime if it is financially possible and their health permits. During this period, Muslims come from all over the world to join together for six days in a prescribed set of acts of worship. All Muslim men are mandated to wear the same garment which was designed to be very plain, simple, and cheap to obtain.

3. What are the major religious event?

Muharram (1 Muharram)
The Islamic New Year

The month of Muharram marks the beginning of the Islamic liturgical year. The Islamic year begins on the first day of Muharram, and is counted from the year of the Hegira (anno Hegirae) the year in which Muhammad emigrated from Mecca to Medina(A.D. July 16, 622).

The Islamic new year is celebrated relatively quietly, with prayers and readings and reflection upon the hegira.

Mawlid al-Nabi (12 Rabi 1)
Prophet Muhammad's Birthday

This holiday celebrates the birthday of Muhammad, the founder of Islam. It is fixed as the 12th day of the month of Rabi I in the Islamic calendar. Mawlidmeans birthday of a holy figure and al-Nabi means prophet.

The day is commemorated with recollections of Muhammad's life and significance. Fundamentalist Muslims, such as the Wahhabi sect, do not celebrate it.

Eid al-Fitr (1 Shawwal)
The Celebration concluding Ramadan

Ramadan, the month of fasting, ends with the festival of Eid al-Fitr. Literally the "Festival of Breaking the Fast," Eid al-Fitr is one of the two most important Islamic celebrations (Eid al-Adha is the other). At Eid al-Fitr people dress in their finest clothes, adorn their homes with lights and decorations, give treats to children, and enjoy visits with friends and family.

A sense of generosity and gratitude colors these festivities. Although charity and good deeds are always important in Islam, they have special significance at the end of Ramadan. As the month draws to a close, Muslims are obligated to share their blessings by feeding the poor and making contributions to mosques.

Eid al-Adha (10 Dhu'l-Hijjah)
The celebration concluding the Hajj

Eid al-Adha, or the Feast of Sacrifice, commemorates the prophet Abraham's willingness to obey Allah by sacrificing his son Ishmael. According to the Qur'an, just before Abraham sacrificed his son, Allah replaced Ishmael with a ram, thus sparing his life.

According to the infoplease.com

But my uncle said that Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr are only the 2 major religious events of Islam.

A new Agent for Cancer

Cancer is one of the most terrifying sickness that every people would not to wish to have. Having this sickness is just like having a nightmare in a dream which every people want to escape. When you say that you have a cancer it's just not saying that you have an ordinary sickness but it means that you are dying. But not anymore, thanks to the modern technology, yes! because it plays a big role in curing for this kind of sickness. Many machines and even medicines were now invented for fighting this nightmare. And the newest cure for this sickness was the stem cell. I only knew this cure when it was one of the topic of my favorite TV show. Stem cell are cells found in most, if not all, multi-cellular organisms. They are characterized by the ability to renew themselves through mitotic cell division and differentiating into a diverse range of specialized cell types. Research in the stem cell field grew out of findings by Canadian scientists Ernest A. McCulloch and James E. Till in the 1960s.[1][2] The two broad types of mammalian stem cells are: embryonic stem cells that are isolated from the inner cell mass of blastocysts, and adult stem cells that are found in adult tissues. In a developing embryo, stem cells can differentiate into all of the specialized embryonic tissues. In adult organisms, stem cells and progenitor cells act as a repair system for the body, replenishing specialized cells, but also maintain the normal turnover of regenerative organs, such as blood, skin, or intestinal tissues.

Signs? or Calamity?

Actually I'm so very curios about the end of the world. It's so very funny because for how many things and ideas, this thing was I decided to post. But as what I said earlier it's making me confusing in times that I always watching the moon and even feeling some earthquakes. Did you noticed that this last week or last month there were so many earthquakes? And even the attempting of an eruption of Mt. Mayon? And even this latest news about the land of Haiti? Imagine for how many years, this calamity or tragedy were happened again, it's almost 100 years when the last earthquake happened to them. Many people were killed because of their unpreparedness and by the strength that Mother nature showed to them. I think this is the one way or even the sign that mother nature reminds us about the things that we should remember and that is stop destroying her by our selfishness or what we call this greediness in all things.

Just remember this my beloved friends, all the things that we did is always coming back to us. ^_______^ thanks...

A song who illustrates the world

For me there's a song which illustrates the new world now.The song titled "Use Somebody" by Kings of Leon was like a painting who has it's own meaning. Every time I heard this song from my radio, it's always reminds me the things that people are doing now. Most of this things was bringing someone down in order to make them up. It's only frustrating me men. Just listen to this song and maybe you will realize too what is the true message of this song. Thanks for visiting.

A lesson and A Second Chance

This morning is the day that we will present our presentation about promoting our specialization or majors. Many of my classmates prepared this day and for your information they already started they preparation last week not like me, because for how many days I did not prepared my presentation. And guess what, I am so very nervous and tension because for this presentation, the total score that we can get is 100 points if the presentation that we made is prefect. Because of my "manyana habit" or laziness I did not made my presentation well and i can say that I made my presentation in a harsh and rush time. It almost the English time but my presentation is not yet finished. I am so tense and nervous on that time and also that time I recall the days that passed by which I could and should made my presentation. My heart and mind filled with regrets. And when my teacher called my first classmate, all the harsh and all my plans to my presentation was clear off, in short I was mentally black but thank goodness, in presenting our promotion it was not alphabetically but by group, the first group presents was the group 1 and I thank that I belong to group 5 which the last group who will presents. All the tense and nervous that i feel was washed away. And for me this is a lesson that I would carry in whole life. I thank the opportunity that I was not able to present this day. This is my chance to make a beautiful and better presentation.

2010 Election Passengers.

The change has come. The new beginning is here. 2009 is yesterday and 2010 is today. And finally! the new nation will be born. I think the biggest, memorable, and one of the most historical event that will happen in this year is the 2010 Election which has a big impact or effect to our lives!.
What? to our lives? Am I correct? or What I meant to say is to their lives!.
I think there will be no changes that will happen this year than the other year, but I still hoping that I am wrong. But first let me ask you for a while. Who are we as a part or as the part of this big event? Can we change the nation on the decision and chances that we will take? What are the use of our rights if even we don't know who can we really trust with?. This are only the few questions that I can only give you now, but can you tell me what are the answers for this questions?
Some people or organizations says that we are the new beginning, I think this words are familiar to you my guests. Yes, this words are always the words that we always hear everyday from our radio, televisions and even on internet. But did they really know what's that mean? For me, We are only the one who are responsible for choosing our new leaders, even we don't know who really they are and what are they real plans for our country. We can only know them by their live interviews in televisions and in radios but this is not enough in order to know them well. Sad to know we are the one who making our own mistakes because of our easy to get attitude, they can easily trick us by their beautiful, incredible, and fantastic words and promises. The reality is we are only the passengers of this event and at the end, we are the only one who can save ourselves in order to survive and to face the real challenges in our life. The only we do for now is to pray that decisions and chances that we take are right.

But I hope that the new leader who will win for this throne which is the highest throne in our nation is the leader who have a responsible and caring heart for his companions and fellow men.

This is only my opinion my guests because my hope for our country and the trust to our government is unidentified for now.

Appreciating of owns work.

I always appreciate the works of others than mine. I don't know what is exactly beautiful and perfect but today, i realized that you don't need to do exactly what you are not. You should only do the things that you are capable, comfortable, and fit with. Like me, today when my teacher appreciates my work in blogging, there's something inside me that gives me idea and gives me the answer of my problem which i really want to solve for how many days and weeks and that is being yourself. As i mentioned earlier you should be who you are, because this is the only one that you always have.

Be inspired. Work hard and do the best you can....
